Clean the raw material, make sure no impurity. Adopt automatic batching system to control the accuracy of each ingredient % in the formula.

Grind the raw material twice, till reach the size which is suitable for producing floating type fish feed.

In the process of mixing material, need to add some oil...etc to enhance the quality of feed.

Under the condition of strong pressure & high temperature, the starch structure in the raw material is reconstructed, in which process generate lots of nutrient. After extruding, the moisture content of the feed is high and the dryer will take some moisture away.

Spray more additive oil to the feed to enhance the quality.

Cool down the fish feed pellet and remove some moisture content as well. Classify the good shape pellet feed.
